Resource Policies are changing to being directly associated with Resources instead of Groups. This matches how admins today view Resources and the Policies that need to be met in order to allow access to those Resources. We are also continuing to support the ability for a specific Policy to be applied to a specific Group that needs to access a specific Resource.
